The hotel was nicely appointed and modern in general, had highly courteous staff in the restaurant service and the room service. It was in the central location in the banquet hall instead of restaurant. Moreover, it was right by Prozone Mall and MIDC Industrial Area, Cidco bus stand, and other tourist destinations.

Location: the hotel was really close to the best Thali restaurant in Aurangabad … Shahi Bhoj Thali superb food as well as the airport. Also, there was Prozone near the venue.
Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

Our stay at the Fern Residency was excellent. The rooms were spacious and clean, with modern amenities. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.
